Eligibility:

Documents Required:
• Application form duly filled and signed
• KYC Documents of the applicant and 02 guarantors
• CIBIL reports of the applicant and 02 guarantors

• Property documents of the land to be pledged against loan
• Valuation report of the bank’s valuer for purchasing a house
• Estimate of cost of construction issued by a civil engineer
• No objection certificate issued by appropriate authority
• Affidavit by the applicant
