Organization Setup
The Bank has an elected Board following the basic pillar of Cooperatives, Democracy. Out of the 15 Director, there are 3 co-opted Directors who are proficient scholars in the field of Agriculture, Banking and Economics. The Board members are prudentially sound and have a grass root understanding of the Cooperative Structure. The tenure of the Board is 5 years after which Elections are held.

Motto of the Board:  Development of the rural economy of the District and strengthening the cooperative movement is the sole motto of our Board. Every farmer must be able to fulfill his financial needs through the Cooperative Bank and we work for the same.

The regular working of the Bank is carried on by Professional CEO, the Managing Director deputed from the Cooperative Department, Government of Rajasthan. The Field is supervised by Executive Officer, again deputed from the Cooperative Department, Government of Rajasthan.

The Second line of Management consists of professional Bankers posted as General Managers and Chief Managers. The second line of Management comprises of promoted employees having vast banking experience and meritorious backgrounds.
