Eligibility:
• Any person residing in Jodhpur district, having immovable property in the district
• The person employed in Govt./ Semi-Govt./ Autonomous bodies/ PSUs, having stable salaried income
• The non-salaried person paying Income Tax for last 03 years, having long term established income
• Immovable property includes residential or commercial land/home approved by appropriate government authority

Rate of Interest:
• Rate 8.50%
• ROI is calculated on daily reducing balance

Charges:
• Minimal Processing Fee
• Other Charges: Document stamp charges as prescribed by the Government

Documents Required:
• Application form duly filled and signed
• KYC Documents of the applicant and 02 guarantors
• CIBIL reports of the applicant and 02 guarantors
• Last 03 year Income Tax Returns of the applicant and 02 guarantors
• Quotation of solar panel
• Property documents of the land to be pledged against loan
• Legal opinion about the property rendered by a legal expert among of bank’s panel
• Valuation report of the property by bank’s valuer
• Affidavit by the applicant
