Documents Required:
• Application form duly filled and signed
• KYC Documents of the applicant and 02 guarantors
• CIBIL reports of the applicant and 02 guarantors
• Last 02 year Income Tax Returns or Income Certificate issued by Tehsildar
• Property documents of the land and valuation report as per DLC rates
• Declaration letter under rule 5 or 6 of Rajasthan Land Revenue Act 2007 (Conversion of agricultural land for non-agricultural purposes)
• Estimate of cost of construction issued by a civil engineer
• No objection certificate issued by appropriate authority
• Affidavit by the applicant
